Howard and his team were brilliant in preparing and executing the menu and delicious food for our wedding! From the cocktail hour charcuterie spread, to dinner with an appetizer, as well as lamb, beef or chicken, to the midnight snack, nothing went unnoticed. His servers were excellent and the team in the kitchen were great as well. They took care of everything; prep, serving and clean up, making the day easy for all of us to enjoy. The company exceeded our expectations with the quality, quantity, and beautiful presentation of the food. The service was excellent throughout the night. Chef Howard and his team were incredibly kind and patient with those that walked through the kitchen workspace. The kitchen was left spotless and we appreciated the way the leftovers were put away.
